Hound & Bone delivers fresh, raw dog food across Edmonton and the surrounding area. Here's how delivery and pickup work.
We deliver locally in Edmonton, Alberta and nearby communities. At checkout, enter your postal code to confirm we deliver to you. If we don't reach your area yet, you'll see a message — email info@houndandbone.ca and we'll let you know when we expand.
Local delivery is a flat $15, and it's free on orders of $120 or more (before GST). Fees and the free-delivery threshold are shown at checkout before you pay.
We don't hold large amounts of inventory — your food is made fresh to order. When you check out, we show the next available delivery day for your order and you choose the day that works for you.
When available, we offer same-day or next-day express delivery for an additional fee, shown at checkout. Express is offered for one-time orders in serviceable areas; if you don't see it, standard scheduled delivery is the option for your order.
You can also choose to pick up your order instead of delivery. Select a pickup time at checkout; we'll send the pickup address to your email and show it with your order. Pickup is free.
Your order is delivered frozen. Please plan to receive it promptly and refrigerate or freeze it as soon as it arrives. Once thawed, treat it like any fresh raw meat: keep it refrigerated and use it within a few days. If you won't be home, let us know any safe-place or cooler instructions in advance.
