At checkout, you will select from the available delivery dates. Hound and Bone typically delivers on weekends, though additional delivery days are added during busier periods. Available dates are displayed in real time so you always know what to expect.
Your order is packed and delivered frozen. Hound and Bone uses insulated packaging during transport to keep products at the right temperature throughout the journey. When your order arrives, you will receive a notification so you know to bring it in promptly.
The products arrive at your door still frozen, in an uninsulated box. Because raw food is temperature sensitive, it is important to retrieve your order as soon as you receive the delivery notification, particularly in warmer months.
