Hound and Bone is a delivery-first business. Here is why we deliver rather than offer pick up locations, and how to get your order across Edmonton.
Hound and Bone operates as a delivery-first business, which means there is no physical storefront to visit. All orders are placed online at houndandbone.ca and delivered directly to your door across Edmonton and surrounding communities.
Raw dog food needs to stay frozen throughout the handling process. A delivery model allows Hound and Bone to control the cold chain from the time the order is packed to the moment it arrives at your door, using insulated packaging during transport.
Pick up locations introduce variables that are harder to manage, including how long a product sits at a third-party location and whether storage conditions are consistent. Delivering directly removes those variables.
Place your order at houndandbone.ca by the Thursday cutoff to receive delivery on the upcoming weekend. Select your delivery date at checkout from the available options. Your order will arrive frozen, and you will receive a notification when it has been dropped at your door. For a full walkthrough of the process, see our guide on how raw dog food delivery in Edmonton works.
Delivery is available to Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Beaumont, Leduc, Spruce Grove, and Stony Plain. Free delivery applies to all orders over $120.
If you have a specific situation where delivery does not work for you, reach out to us at info@houndandbone.ca to discuss your options. We are happy to work with customers where we can. You can also order online and shop the full range at any time.
