Raw dog food needs to stay frozen throughout the handling process. A delivery model allows Hound and Bone to control the cold chain from the time the order is packed to the moment it arrives at your door, using insulated packaging during transport.
Pick up locations introduce variables that are harder to manage, including how long a product sits at a third-party location and whether storage conditions are consistent. Delivering directly removes those variables.
Place your order at houndandbone.ca by the Thursday cutoff to receive delivery on the upcoming weekend. Select your delivery date at checkout from the available options. Your order will arrive frozen, and you will receive a notification when it has been dropped at your door.
